Nature Never Fails to mesmerize. You are accustomed to the seven wonders of the world, but here is a list of 7 natural wonders of the world
1. Mount Everest
The highest mountain in the world, standing 8848 meters above sea level, is Mount Everest. The Himalayas are one of the most beautiful places on earth.
2. Great Barrier Reef
In addition to being a natural marvel, Australia’s Great Barrier Reef is also a protected UNESCO World Heritage Site. This breathtaking underwater marine park in Queensland, Australia, covers 344,000 square km. Investigate the vast reef system both above and below the water. The Great Barrier Reef comprises 2900 different reefs and 900 islands, making it more than just one large reef.
3. Victoria Falls
The most incredible, colossal waterfall is Victoria Falls. It spans 1.7 km, drops 108 metmetersto the canyon below, and is situated on the boundary between Zimbabwe and Zambia. Although it is not the tallest or longest waterfall in the world, it is the largest in terms of volume of water, and you can feel its might when you stand next to it.
4. Harbour of Rio De Janeiro
One of nature’s treasures is Rio de Janeiro’s harbour. This Brazilian city on the Atlantic Ocean is a haven for beach lovers. Although the famous beaches are impressive, what makes this location truly special is how the distinctive Sugarloaf and Corcovado mountains frame the vista. We have never seen a beachfront quite like this one. Don’t forget to climb both mountains to their summits to fully appreciate its beauty. Doing so will allow you to observe it from all sides.
5. Arctic Lights
One of nature’s most amazing miracles, without a doubt, is the Aurora Borealis. To truly appreciate the display of vibrant, dancing lights in the sky, one must experience it. If you want to truly appreciate the vibrant hues on show, head to a dark sky preserve that is remote from light pollution. The Jasper, Alberta, area, where there is a yearly dark sky festival in November, was one of the nicest places we viewed them.
6. Grand Canyon
Arizona’s Grand Canyon is breathtaking! When looking down from the South Rim’s ledge appears strange. It appears as though you are gazing at a single enormous painting. The Grand Canyon is enormous, but it’s not the biggest canyon in the world at 1.8 km deep and 446 km long. The fact that it has everything makes it so stunning that it was selected as one of the seven wonders. The Grand Canyon is magnificent, age millions of years, and is quite approachable.
7. Paricutin Volcano
The Mexican state of Michoacán is home to the Paricutin Volcano. As one of the seven natural wonders of the world, why was this chosen? It was founded in 1943, which explains why. It is the only volcano that people—that is, humans who are still alive—actually saw and recorded. The vicinity of the volcano was flat prior to 1943. It continued to erupt for 19 years, reaching a height of 3000 metres. You can hike to its crater now, when it was dormant.
